Transcription Client Portal Features

We would like to inform you about some of our customer centric service oriented features that are made available online. Given below are ways in which you can use our Secure Customer Web Portal. Please read through the points described below and learn to use the features.

CREATE A NEW DICTATOR (ACCESS CODE)

If you need a new access code for an existing dictator say for an additional location or to segregate the dictations by report type or alternatively you want to add a totally new dictator who has recently joined your practice. Do the following steps to add a new dictator to your account:
  1. 1. Please visit our website www.cybernationinfotech.com and click "Client Portal Login" on top of the left vertical menu.
  2. 2. Enter your username: _________, password: _________, and then Click "Login" (IMPORTANT: Please note that both username and password are case-sensitive. So please maintain the exact case for the alphabets.)
  3. 3. Go to the Profile section and then click on "Dictators". You get a report showing you all the current and existing dictators belonging to your clinic or hospital as the case may be.
  4. 4. Here you can click the "Create" button.
  5. 5. Fill up the new dictator details and then click the "Create" button once again.
  6. 6. You will receive emails confirming the creation of this new dictator soon after you finish the procedure.
  7. 7. The emails will also carry instructions about how to use the toll free call in dictation system and another one will carry instructions as to how the dictator can upload the audio files to the portal for processing in case the dictator wishes to use a hand held recording device.

VERIFY YOUR LINE COUNTS FOR BILLING

Given below are two ways in which you can get the line counts corresponding to the work done by us:
  1. 1. You can login to our portal and go to the Download Documents section. In the date selection area, select the desired date range across which you wish to verify the line count corresponding to the work done during that period. You can then click on the "Show Report" button. You shall get all the files from that duration listed on screen along with the individual line count of each report as well as the total line count at the bottom of the last page of results.
  2. 2. Please also be informed that along with each daily delivery of documents by email, we send a daily work summary report in the form of an "" file, which gives you the line count corresponding to each and every audio file that was transcribed on the given day. You can thus keep a track of daily line counts.

  4. 4. You can send us a quick message by clicking "Send us your Request / Feedback / Comments" button.
  5. 5. Clicking on "Toll free dictation numbers" gives you the current main toll free number and the backup toll free number to be used for toll free dictation.
  6. 6. "Dictation Instructions" gives you the detailed instructions on how to use our toll free dictation system.
  7. 7. You can click on "Change Password" to change your portal login password.
